Tasting Notes: Gully Winds presents an outstanding and unique style of sparkling red wine made from the Petit Verdot grape variety. This deep ruby red wine has aromas of blackberry, plums and vibrant floral and mint notes. These flow onto the palate and combine with a dough/bread creaminess, resultant of the wine being matured in oak barrels for 12 months and on yeast lees for an extended time in bottle
