Shipping Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00pm (GMT+10) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

 

Delivery Time

We ship nationwide to all states and territories. Wine Station uses the specialized wine delivery service of Australia Post to get the wines to you. Tracking details will be sent to your email address once the order is dispatched.

Shipping status can be tracked through Australia Post's online tracking service. Below are the estimate delivery time set by our courier.

Melbourne: 2-5 business days

Nationwide: 3-6 business days

Returns & Replacements

At Wine Station, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standard for all our products. If you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with replacement or full refund of your purchase.


We highly recommend that you open one bottle and give it a try before asking for a replacement or refund. We will return the amount equal to the value of unopened bottles of wine plus one bottle. If more than one bottle of wine has been opened, only the cost of one bottle in addition to the unopened bottles of wine will be returned.


All refunds are processed within 7 days of your request or from the date that the wines are returned to us.

Any loss, damage or deterioration to the product after delivery is the responsibility of the customer and therefore no refunds will be offered for wines in such cases.
